This was the first original album I put on my Bandcamp page after settling on the shiny new nethandle/artist pseudonym of "Jett Swole" in...I wanna say, 2019 maybe?  The artist name selection was in 2019 or so I mean.  The album upload itself was done in 2021.

It was a little rough around the edges production-wise, and there was/is a lot I still had/have to learn about mixing and mastering, but I put a lot of love and work into it regardless, and I still like how it came out overall.

I did think it was pretty cool that in addition to being a post-renaming album debut, it also got noticed and picked up enough traction for some listener or other to actually bother to make a Metal Archives page of my stuff, which I wasn't immediately aware of, but I still found it pretty awesome since I used to browse that site like crazy in my teenage years of being super into shit tons of thrash and power metal.

This one was about half made up of new stuff with a lot of it also being relatively polished up older material re-recorded that was otherwise written in my early days of working primarily in MIDI with the FL Studio piano roll since I was having problems with early onset arthritis for some time and couldn't play guitar for a while before finally getting some decent treatment going for that and picking the instrument back up after.

Not all of it's aged great, but I'm still mostly proud of the effort put into it all the same.

Also the genre is more or less power metal, if I'm to believe my metal-archives page, which...I dunno.  Maybe?  Go listen for yourself, idk.
